The History of the club

On April 1 1997 the London Parrothead Club held its first official meeting.  While many thought it to be an April Fool's joke the club became an offcially sanctioned member of Parrotheads in Paradise (PHIP) and has recently celebrated 19 years of Partying with a Purpose.

We proudly serve the Parrotheads of London, St Thomas, Elgin and Middlesex County and anyone from Southwestern Ontario.

Who we are

We are a collection of pholks who embrace the music, writings and laid back tropical lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett as well as his philosophy of leaving things just a little better than we found them..and having a blast while doing it!

Parrothead clubs worldwide annually donate millions of dollars and thousands of volunteer hours to local, national and international charities, organizations and philanthropic projects. Here's your chance to be a part of something special and to give back to the community, the environment and many amazing causes.  Come join the London Parrothead Club and help us Party with a Purpose.

We meet the second thursday of every month with a few special events sprinkled in.  We select a different restaurant for our meetings each month alternating between London and St Thomas.  It is a great opportunity to meet new friends, try new food, talk travel and everything beach culture.
